We are not medical practitioners. Our advice whether it be on our website, in our meal plans, exercise program's or via email coaching, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical advice. Although our products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from us correctly you should see amazing results, however, it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from us it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION


Automatic Renewal:
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the then-current subscription period, and you will be automatically charged for each subsequent subscription period unless you cancel in accordance with clause 10.2.


Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at
info@dakotadavidson.com or, where available, directly through the App. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Your access to the App will remain active until the end of your current billing period.


Refunds:
(a) Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate access to content upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided for change of mind, non-usage, or dissatisfaction with results.
(b) Refunds will only be provided where required by New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986), for example, where the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match the description provided.
(c) In the event that a refund is approved, any payment processing fees charged by Stripe and application fees charged by MacroActive from the original transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.


Promotions:
If you purchase a subscription or program using a promotional code or discounted offer, no refunds will be given unless required by law.
